This foundational football training program is designed to help Junior youth players(ages 6-11) improve their throwing, catching, route running abilities, elusive running, speed, and performance training. During the first half hour of the camp, players can expect development in the following: •Dynamic warmup •Running Form and Mechanics •Agility development drills •Resist the movement training (speed bands, speed sleds, or parachutes) • Full-speed sprints Skills the incoming players can expect to develop during the second half hour of the program are: •Throwing and catching development (Every player catches a minimum of 25 balls per session) •Intro to route running and progressive route running. •Elusive ball carrying for all players. •Intro to man coverage. Players learn the fundamentals for off and press coverage. •Sports yoga- we will increase flexibility at the end of every session. When: Saturday, January 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th at 9:00am - 10:00am Where: Rock Chiropractic Facility Players will need cleats or training shoes, a yoga mat (optional), and water.
